Psychotherapy in Dublin and Online

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

If you're experiencing difficulties in your relationships, struggling with a particular issue, or hoping to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, psychotherapy can offer a space to explore these experiences.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, both in person in Dublin city centre and online.

About

I have worked with adults, young adults and adolescents across private practice, hospital, educational and community settings in Ireland and internationally.

My approach is psychodynamic and relational, with a particular interest in how early relationships, attachment and past experiences shape our lives in the present. I aim to provide a safe, thoughtful and supportive space to explore difficulties, deepen self-understanding and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. My work is informed by contemporary psychodynamic thinking, trauma awareness and humanistic and integrative approaches.
